I read about the MAPED Machine:
"Bed and Machine Auto calibration at each print start."
Can we have more details about underneath technology?
Or is it secret?
Thanks in advance for your answer (even if it is: "SECRET").

      Hello,

nothing secret... It is the last version of Repetier Firmware that's include a new bed leveling.
We replaced the 3 TBHC screw that handle the bed by 3 special screws with flat machined head. The Head #1 nozzle probes the 3 screws before each start (there is a nozzle clean process before). And the firmware align the part on the plane through the 3 top of screws. It works fine with an Ultratronics.

I think this firmware could easily be adapted to the current SpiderBot (for single head, dual head is an other story). Maybe if I have time, I'll do a try.

      Thanks
