|Printing hi-technical materials such as PolyEtherImide, PEEK, PEKK, etc... requires a heated chamber at very high temperature generally between 160°C and 220°C.|
Thanks to the great experience we have aquired during the development of ABSolute #1 and #2, we tried to take the problem at the base and completely rethink the design and the way of designing a 3D Printer with a chamber at 220°C.
The all-new ABSolute3 is one of the most advanced R&D machine on the market.
With its double APC technology chamber (patent pending) capable of heating up to 220°C, you can control and fine-tune the crystallization of your polymers not only during print but after print and also the cooling curve at the end of print.
500°C liquid-cooled print head (optional tilting dual head on demand).

XYZ PRINT BED:
The printing bed is mobile simultaneously in the 3 axes. Nothing except the bed, tip of nozzle and silicon bellow is in the 220°C area.
AIR CUSHION TECHNOLOGY:
The hot air pulsed into the printing chamber by a professional HotAir heater (more than 300°C) pressurize the chamber and allows the lower zone to slide on printing bed by air cushion, eliminating the friction of base of chamber on the bed.
Ventilation is one of the key feature for successful print of technical material.
We know that product development or material development has a lot of incertitudes. Our modular design simplify maintenance and evolutions. Everything in the ABSolute3 is designed as modules and is easy to take off and maintain.
