Qualup believes in the openness of any issues that may occur with our printers or the use there of. In addition, by sharing, you can find solutions to problems that have been resolved in the past and sometimes some friendly community help or advice.

The printer is provided with a Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10) software suite setup that includes : Slicer (KISSlicer), Software to control Printer (Repetier-Host), Firmware source code (Repetier modified), G-Code scripts.
This software suite is preconfigured and allows to easily start to use the printer.
The softwares used by SpiderBot exist for Linux and Mac, but we can't provide configuration for these operating systems. You'll have to configure by hand the softwares.
Technical support is provided for Windows only, we can't provide technical support for Linux or Mac.
